Informativa sulla Privacy
Data di entrata in vigore: 6 ottobre 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how ReactionTimeTest.com ("we", "us", or "the site") handles information when you use the site. Test scores and preferences are stored in your browser. The site also loads Google Analytics and Cloudflare Pages resources, which means some request and usage information is processed by those providers.
You can use the tests without creating an account. If you choose to contact us, your email app opens with a draft; nothing is sent until you send it.
2. Information handled by the site
We do not ask you to create an account, and game scores are not uploaded to a score server. The site operator does not receive scores saved by the games. Hosting and analytics providers process information as described below.
- Scores and test history are stored locally in this browser and are not sent to the site operator.
- Google Analytics receives page and usage measurements plus browser and device information. See Google's Analytics privacy documentation.
- Cloudflare, our hosting provider, processes network requests to deliver the site and may process request metadata for security and operations.
- If you send us an email, we receive the email address and message you choose to include.
Fonts are served from this site's own domain, not a third-party font CDN, so requesting a page does not disclose your visit to a font provider. If advertising is enabled on this site, Google and its advertising partners process additional information as described in section 5.
3. Local storage
ReactionTimeTest.com uses your browser'slocalStorageAPI to save data between visits. This data never leaves your device. The following information may be stored on this device:
- Game scores and history — results, displayed scores, timestamps, and test-specific details; standalone games retain up to 500 recent attempts
- Preferences — theme, calibration and device values, and selected test settings
- Engagement data — local streak, daily goal, and progress values used by the home test
This data uses separate local storage keys. The History page's “Clear history” control clears attempts but keeps personal bests. To remove all locally stored site data, clear this site's storage in your browser settings. Private browsing or storage restrictions may prevent data from persisting.
4. Third-party services
The site currently connects to these providers:
- Google Analytics — the site loads the Google tag to measure page views and usage. Google documents the information it processes and available controls in its privacy documentation. You can block cookies or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Cloudflare Pages — hosts the site and delivers page requests.
- Google AdSense — may serve advertising. See section 5.
The source does not include social media embeds or session recording tools.
5. Advertising and cookies
This site is funded by advertising. We use Google AdSense to display ads, and Google is the ad partner and vendor of record for personal data processed by those ads. Where ads are served, Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to collect information as a result of ad serving on this and other sites. This includes information such as your IP address, browser and device type, language, operating system, referring page, interactions with an ad, and approximate location inferred from your IP address.
Advertising is used to keep every test free. We do not gate any test result, delay a score, or require an ad click to use the site, and we do not run ads that obstruct the tests themselves. Ads appear in designated areas within the page content.
Your choices. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Brazil are shown a consent banner before personalised advertising or analytics cookies are set, and can accept or reject it. Rejecting leaves every feature of the site fully working — the tests do not depend on advertising. If you previously gave consent, you can withdraw it by clearing this site's cookies and local storage in your browser settings.
You can also control advertising more broadly through Google'sAd Settingspage, opt out of third-party vendor cookies viaaboutads.info, or opt out of Google Analytics entirely with theAnalytics opt-out add-on. Google publishes how it handles data from ads atpolicies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. The site publishes an ads.txtfile authorising Google AdSense as a seller for this domain.
We do not receive your scores from advertisers and do not share personal data with advertisers. Test results remain in your browser.
6. Children's privacy
The tests are general-purpose and are not designed to collect information from children. Google Analytics and hosting providers may process technical usage and request information as described above. Parents and guardians can clear locally saved site data through browser settings.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
